Get your evenings back
No apps, no portals, no spreadsheets. Take a photo of a receipt and email it. We do the rest.
Pay about half the usual fee
Our own technology does the sorting and typing, so you pay for expert checking, not data entry. One fixed price each month.
Never miss a deadline
We track every VAT, payroll and tax deadline for you, and remind you in good time if we need anything.
Three steps. You do the first. We do the rest.
Email us your paperwork
Send receipts, invoices and your bank statement to accounts@tidybooks.ie. Photos, PDFs and forwarded emails all work.
We sort and record it
Everything is read, recorded and matched to your bank. If something is missing or unclear, we ask you in one short email.
A bookkeeper checks and files
A qualified bookkeeper checks every VAT return, payroll and set of accounts before it goes to Revenue. Each month you get a short summary, with ideas to cut your bills.

Fast technology, careful people
A person checks everything
Nothing goes to Revenue until a qualified bookkeeper has checked it. Technology does the typing; people sign off.
Your records stay private
Your documents are read on our own computers in Kerry, not by outside AI services. We never sell or share your data.

Built for
Good questions, short answers
Do I need any software?
No. If you can send an email, you can use Tidy Books. Forward invoices as they arrive, or send a batch of receipt photos once a week.
What do I need to send you?
Receipts and invoices for what you buy, copies of what you sell, and your bank statement each month. Most banks let you download it as a file in a few clicks, and we'll show you how.
I'm behind on my books. Can you help?
Yes. Send us what you have and we'll catch you up for €49 per month of records, then keep you up to date from there.
Who files my returns with Revenue?
We prepare every return and a qualified bookkeeper checks it. We'll agree with you at the start whether we file it on ROS for you or you file it yourself.
Why do you need my ID?
Irish anti-money laundering law requires bookkeepers to check the identity of every client. We'll ask for photo ID and proof of address when you join, and keep it secure.
Can I leave?
Any time, with a month's notice. There is no contract to sign up to, and we'll hand over your records in full.
Ready for tidy books?
Email us your name, your business and about how many receipts you have each month. We'll reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) with your price and how to get started.
